1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "jii7" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at jii7.club, including all associated services, games, and features.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account with jii7 or otherwise accesses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered profile created by a Player on jii7.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by a Player into their jii7 wallet using eligible payment methods.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives awarded by jii7 to a Player's account.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered by a Player before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required by jii7 before a Player may conduct real-money transactions.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or jurisdiction from which access to jii7 is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jii7 Platform, creating an Account, or using any jii7 service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jii7.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the jii7 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of jii7 following publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the jii7 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the binding agreement between you and jii7.

3. Eligibility

Access to and use of the jii7 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your use of jii7:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jii7 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in compliance with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Players found to be under 21 years of age will have their Accounts immediately closed and all balances — including any winnings — will be forfeited.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion register operated by jii7 or any relevant regulatory body at the time of registration.
• You must not be an employee, agent, contractor, director, or officer of jii7 or any of its affiliated entities, or a member of the immediate family of such a person.
• You must be acting as a private individual in your own capacity and not on behalf of any third party or business entity.

4. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on jii7, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one (1) registered Account on jii7 at any time. Registering or maintaining multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or any combination of personal details — is strictly prohibited. Accounts identified as duplicates will be closed without prior notice and any balances associated with secondary Accounts will be forfeited.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your jii7 Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, current address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your Account details current. jii7 is not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

4.3 KYC Verification

jii7 requires identity verification before permitting real-money deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay. You agree to provide all documents requested during the KYC process, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jii7 may result in the suspension or closure of your Account.

4.4 Account Suspension and Closure

jii7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time for reasons including (but not limited to) breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected bonus abuse, failure to complete KYC verification, or receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider. In the event of Account closure due to breach of these Terms, jii7 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the closed Account.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jii7 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person.

jii7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. If you believe that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jii7 immediately via the live chat support function or by email to [email protected].

jii7 reserves the right to treat any activity conducted through your Account as authorised by you unless and until jii7 has received written notification of suspected unauthorised access and has had a reasonable opportunity to act upon that notification.

6. Deposits & Payments

jii7 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed in the jii7 cashier section. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Minimum deposit amounts may apply per payment method, as detailed in the jii7 cashier. jii7 does not charge Players fees for standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which jii7 is not responsible.

All funds deposited into your jii7 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from another person to deposit into your Account, is strictly prohibited. jii7 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit at its absolute discretion.

jii7 does not accept cash deposits or cryptocurrency payments. Any attempt to use prohibited payment methods will result in the rejection of the transaction and may result in Account suspension.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your jii7 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal may be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that has been previously verified by jii7.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus balances must be fully satisfied before the portion of your balance derived from those bonuses may be withdrawn.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per payment method, as specified in the jii7 cashier at the time of the withdrawal request.
• jii7 targets withdrawal processing within five (5) business days of a verified withdrawal request, subject to standard payment provider processing times. jii7 accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
• jii7 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times beyond the standard window. Players will be notified of any such additional requirements.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

jii7 offers various promotions to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to these general bonus Terms and to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of a promotion, all bonus funds credited to your jii7 Account are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

jii7 has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; using technically exploitative strategies to extract value from promotions without genuine play; and any collusion with other Players for the purpose of satisfying wagering requirements artificially. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be closed and all associated balances forfeited without prior notice.

8.3 Promotion Availability

Promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn, modified, or discontinued by jii7 at any time without prior notice. jii7 reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for any promotion at its absolute discretion.

9. Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered on the jii7 Platform operate in accordance with individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

jii7's Random Number Generator (RNG) games use certified RNG software that has been independently tested and certified for fairness and randomness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are disclosed within the relevant game information sections. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers under studio conditions using verified equipment and protocols.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game session on jii7, jii7 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager amount to the Player's Account. jii7 will not be held liable for any losses caused by technical malfunctions beyond the return of the wager amount for the affected round.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jii7 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in Account suspension or permanent closure and may result in forfeiture of balances:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account on jii7.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing jii7 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to disguise your actual location for the purpose of circumventing geographic access restrictions.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in any jii7 game or system for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with jii7 games or the Platform in a manner not permitted for human players.
• Colluding with other Players in any game for the purpose of defrauding jii7 or other Players.
• Money laundering or using jii7 as a vehicle for any illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the jii7 Platform or that adversely affects other Players' experience.

11. Responsible Gaming

jii7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the potential for harm among its Player community. jii7 operates in accordance with responsible gaming principles aligned with PAGCOR guidelines and international best practices.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jii7 Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period of not less than 24 hours before becoming effective.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per session, per day, per week, or per month. Once a loss limit is reached, jii7 will prevent further play until the limit resets.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the jii7 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the jii7 brand — is the exclusive property of jii7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jii7 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jii7 content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any jii7 software; or use any jii7 brand, trademark, or logo without prior written authorisation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jii7's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the jii7 Platform shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

jii7 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the jii7 Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of goodwill; or the cost of procuring substitute services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jii7's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

jii7 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access to the Platform at all times.

14. Privacy

jii7 collects, uses, and protects your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account on jii7, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jii7 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required to operate the Platform (such as identity verification providers and payment processors) or as required by applicable law.

15. Amendments to These Terms

jii7 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jii7 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or through a notification displayed within the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be updated in the Effective Date shown at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the jii7 Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease use of the jii7 Platform and close your Account before the amendments take effect.

16. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement formed by these Terms at any time. You may close your jii7 Account at any time by contacting jii7 support, subject to the withdrawal of any eligible balance in accordance with Section 7.

jii7 may suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time with or without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason jii7 determines to be appropriate for the protection of the Platform and its Player community. In cases of termination due to breach, jii7 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the Account subject to ongoing investigation.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and jii7, you agree to first contact jii7's customer support team and attempt to resolve the matter informally before initiating any formal legal proceedings. jii7 will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a timely and fair manner.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of the initial dispute notification, either party may pursue their available legal remedies in the competent courts of the Philippines.
